- Experience with installations, maintenance, and upgrades
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot client hardware and software issues
- Resolve computer problems in person, via telephone, or remotely
- Perform hardware and software maintenance, installations, and upgrades
- Provide technical support and assistance to users
- Handle issues related to printing, word processing, email, applications, and accounts
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
- Ensure proper functioning of client/server systems and services
