We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our growing tax department. The Tax Manager will assist in income tax compliance, accounting, and planning. Previous indirect tax experience is a plus. Success in this role is dependent on leadership, communication, project management, process improvement, strategic execution, and the ability to perform in a rapidly changing business environment.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax provisions; prepare monthly tax entries, account reconciliations, and other tax accounting reports in accordance with ASC 740/IAS 12;
2. Coordinate tax-related studies such as Research and Development tax credit and M&E analysis with external service provider;
3. Collaborate with affiliates to ensure global compliance;
4. Research and respond to internal clients on tax-related matters;
5. Lead or assist with ad hoc projects or assignments;
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Degree & Experience Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
2. 5+ years combined experience working in public accounting or corporate tax departments;
3. CPA.

Job Knowledge & Skills:

1. Facility with federal, multi-state, and international tax concepts;
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate in a team-oriented environment;
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks;
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, OneSource Tax Provision, and tax research tools.
