Our legal team is seeking a highly skilled Permanent E Discovery Attorney to join our team. This position requires an experienced candidate who possesses a strong background in E Discovery, Associate Attorney, Toxic Tort, Litigation, Discovery, FOIA, Mass Tort Litigation, and Florida Bar Membership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the legal industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents related to E Discovery, Toxic Tort, Litigation, and Mass Tort Litigation.
  2. Managing E Discovery projects by working with clients, vendors, and other legal professionals to ensure that all relevant data is collected and analyzed.
  3. Conducting document reviews and providing recommendations to clients on how to handle sensitive information.
  4. Analyzing and interpreting complex legal documents, including FOIA requests, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Representing clients in court proceedings related to E Discovery, Litigation, and Mass Tort Litigation.
  6. Collaborating with other legal professionals to develop strategies for handling complex legal cases.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as an E Discovery Attorney, Associate Attorney, or in a related legal field.
  2. A strong understanding of E Discovery, Toxic Tort, Litigation, and Mass Tort Litigation.
  3. Experience working with FOIA requests and other legal documents related to government regulations and compliance.
  4. A strong work ethic and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and other legal professionals.
  6. A current membership in the Florida Bar.
