What You’ll Do

  • PMO Governance and Framework:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive Cloud PMO framework, including standardized project management methodologies, processes, and templates.
    • Define and enforce governance policies for cloud projects, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure cloud project performance and track progress against strategic goals.
  • Project Portfolio Management:
    • Oversee the entire portfolio of cloud projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource availability.
    • Facilitate project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management across the portfolio.
    • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Establish effective communication channels among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
    • Provide regular project status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
    • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across project teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Training and Enablement:
    • Develop and deliver training programs on cloud project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Coach and mentor project managers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the Cloud PMO.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with cloud service providers and technology vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a cloud environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading successful PMOs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated total compensation for this position is: 140,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year.

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
