- Strong technical background in project management.
- Track record of leading and managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules and timelines.
- Capable of rapid absorption of new subject matter across technical, business and market specific domains.
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability of results in an end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities.

- 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Experience with Agile software development principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile Development tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of open source software platforms and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
