Provides support and assistance to the Professional Recruiters, Recruiting Manager, and Director of Human Resources. Provides skills and advice in the technical areas of the department's administrative functions. Provides assistance with overall management and maintenance of the various Human Resources Recruiting database programs to ensure appropriate compliance and participation. Assists in processing various onboarding and employment-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Provides information, reports, and audits as requested to the Recruiting Manager and Director of Human Resources.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the Corporation. A basic understanding of the Corporation's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Complies with TJC/CMS standards, state and federal regulations, and established policies and procedures by administering a program of compliance, which will include file maintenance and reporting. Processes various employment-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Provides information and reports as requested to Professional Recruiters and the Recruitment Manager.
