The salary range for this role is:
$15.50 - $48.08
Responsibilities:
The seasonal Field Representative's main job function is to be the Field Supervisor's primary liaison between the growers, harvesting crews and trucking companies. Other Field Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting trucking companies in positioning trailers in the field.
• Delivering fruit grade sheets to the growers.
• Ensuring that growers have an ample supply of field ID tags.
• Assisting growers with field tag information if needed.
• Monitor the harvest activities in the field and report any issues to the proper person(s).
• Retrieving reports from growers.
• Entering crop information into Google sheets.
• Conversing with grade station inspectors regarding fruit grading issues.
• Assisting Field Supervisor in field maturity sampling.
• Field pick samples of trial fruit for testing purposes.
• Cooperating with cannery personnel in order to run trial tests through the cannery.
• Updating Field Supervisor with harvest related information.
• Cooperating with cannery personnel as needed.
• Gather and collate harvest and quality information for Field Supervisor

The Seasonal Field Representative will report to the Field Supervisor The Field Representative can expect to work six days per week during Harvesting Season. The Harvest Season usually lasts from mid-June to late September.

Qualifications:

• Applicant must meet be at least 25 years of age (due to company car rental requirements) and be dependable, responsible and punctual.
• Applicant must also possess a valid California driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• Applicant must provide a DMV printout of their driving record prior to hiring. Applicant must be able to drive several hundred miles per shift. (During the
• Harvest Season, a Field Representative can expect to drive 20,000+ miles). Applicants must be willing to stay the duration of the harvest.
• High School Diploma optional.
