Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Type: Contract

Schedule: (In the office Tuesday through Thursday, can work from home Monday & Friday)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in A/B testing tools to optimize user experiences and drive sales.
• This position offers a unique blend of front-end development using HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JS, coupled with a deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools like Adobe Target and Interaction Studio.
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize user interfaces on our e-commerce platform.
• Utilize core front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JS to create seamless and visually appealing web experiences.
• Take ownership of A/B testing initiatives, working closely with marketing and design teams to implement experiments using tools such as Adobe Target and Interaction Studio.
• Analyze A/B test results, providing insights and recommendations to improve user engagement and drive sales.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in A/B testing and front-end development.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a multimedia technical field or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end web development.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JS.
• Proven experience with A/B testing tools, particularly Adobe Target and Interaction Studio.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
