Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Product Manager to join the Operation & Customer Experience Team in either Singapore or Ho Chi Minh City or Berlin

About the role ️

Reporting directly to the VP of Product Operations & Customer Experience, you will work within the Product team. The role is based in, (depending on the talent) Singapore, Ho Chi Minh, or Berlin. You’ll be responsible for critical parts of the customer experience such as fraud prevention through sign-up, deposit flow, purchase, and post-purchase, as well as creating a trusted and safe environment for our customers by applying relevant trust markers. The ability to leverage AI to automate and optimize decision-making is core to this role. So we are looking for someone who is comfortable at the intersection of data and customer experience/UX.

What you will do

  1. Be responsible for the product strategy for Fraud and potentially Trust - depending on the product vision set.
  2. Work seamlessly along the product development cycle from problem definition to solution design, execution, and ideation/iteration.
  3. Partner closely with Research, Design, Analytics, Data, and Engineering - following modern product development methodologies to identify new issues and opportunities and to deliver on improvements to existing products.
  4. Put data first, enabling data-driven decision-making, also applying the right data sources to verify and identify relevant issues.
  5. Leverage AI to automate and optimize processes — ensuring algorithm fairness and explainability of data models in daily work.
  6. Acknowledge fraud as a constant threat but also an opportunity to create a trustworthy environment for the good actors on the platform.
  7. Cultivate high engagement, performance, and commitment to the product teams to build well-defined best-in-class solutions.
  8. Be a front-runner in practicing product development effectively, also participating as an interviewer and mentor for future and current employees.

Who you are

  1. At least 7 years of product management experience. Not as a Product Owner, but a well-rounded Product Manager.
  2. At least 3 years relevant experience working with data products and AI. You have delivered proven products and have a good understanding of the technical basics.
  3. Strong strategic thinker with an ability to construct and communicate logical arguments using appropriate narratives.
  4. Applying the best communication method to your respective stakeholders is part of your DNA.
  5. Being proficient in the right product management tools and techniques.
  6. Showing that a set of data enables the right decisions makes you happy. You know the value of data and how to acquire it.
  7. KPIs, OKRs, and P&L are core concepts you are deeply familiar with and you thrive in working on topics that matter based on measurable evidence.

What we offer

  • A meaningful job with an impact on the way people consume fashion and promote sustainability.
  • The opportunity to do career-defining work in a fast-growing French-born scale-up.
  • The possibility to work as part of a globally diverse team with more than 50 nationalities.
  • Two days to help Project - reinforcing your activist journey and volunteer for an association.
  • Significant investment in your learning and growth.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • As a full member of our entrepreneurial project, you will be eligible for free shares.
