Position Summary:

Develop, plan and implement fit for purpose Reservoir Engineering (Development) solutions to deliver reserve addition and growth strategies and execute technical solutions in the area of specialization to leverage new methodology and technology, identify best practices from within The Client and participate in their application in work processes/ guidelines/ technical standards, and support the capability development efforts.

Job Description:

  1. Lead & Execute comprehensive studies: Uphold basic integrity of RE roles including data & model QA/QC, carry out integrated field production-pressure performance analysis and calibrate static dynamic model in building robust subsurface models and predictions to maximize hydrocarbon recovery. Also, quantify the impact of static and dynamic parameter uncertainty on field recovery.
  2. Lead & Execute consolidate Annual Review of Petroleum Resources (ARPR): Asset Management integrated Review (AMiR), and Work Program & Budget (WPB) to ensure maximum recovery and economic feasibility to deliver asset accounting and budgeting for submission to host authority/ the Client.
  3. Lead & Execute development of performance monitoring: Analysis, reporting of Process Safety Management performance.
  4. Lead and Execute the development and implementation of inter-functional intervention plan: Addressing performance indicators, assurance gaps, and incident lessons learned.
  5. Lead the endorsement of periodic Process Safety performance monitoring: Analysis and reporting, and implementation of the identified inter-functional intervention plan, and manage the issuance of periodic Business and Assets Process Safety Management review reporting.
  6. Lead and Execute the implementation and maintenance of Process & Technical Safety management system: Standards and documents identified intervention plans and process.
  7. Provide stewardship in the development and implementation of change management programs/efforts: Create dynamics that generate a collective energy.
