Immediate position available for experienced welderJob Summary:Able to pass welding tests in GMAW and FCAW in flat, horizontal, and vertical positionsAble to operate plasma torchRead and understand fabrication drawingsLay out, position, align and secure parts and assemblies prior to weldingSet up and operate common power toolsOperate safety equipment and use safe work habitsMust be able to lift 50lbs.Requires stooping, bending and stretching to accomplish welding, grinding, and other assigned dutiesMay require standing, bending and stooping for extended periods of timeWork schedule is a day shift, Monday through Thurs 6am-4:30pm, occasional Fridays & Saturdays as needed to meet production obligationsMinimum Requirements:High School educationOne year welding experience.Able to pass a drug/alcohol screen as condition of employmentMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have reliable transportation to work
