Hospice Patient Care Supervisor

We are seeking a Hospice Patient Care Supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor, you will oversee the clinical aspects of our hospice program and ensure the provision of quality care to patients. Responsibilities include managing the site, overseeing clinical and administrative functions, responding to inquiries, and providing direct skilled nursing care in patients' homes.

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting
• Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience
• Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care
• Current license to practice nursing
