Job Requirements / Description

As a Travel Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to meticulously coordinate travel arrangements for our members based on their treatment locations. You will ensure a seamless and convenient travel experience, while also seeking cost-saving opportunities through bundle prices available on our platform. In addition to travel coordination, you will have the opportunity to support the Specialist role and contribute to our team's overall effectiveness.   • Coordinate travel arrangements for members based on treatment locations
  • Offer guidance on cost-effective travel options
  • Verify and confirm travel details for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain clear communication with members and internal team
  • Research and evaluate travel options for cost-saving opportunities
  • Act as a point of contact for members during travel
  • Monitor and manage travel budgets
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the travel industry
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Utilize computer skills to book accommodations, airfare, and car rentals
  • Backup the Specialist role as necessary

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in PC operation and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in travel coordination preferred
