This role involves implementing a new reporting module, refining policies around conflict of interest and federal funding disclosures, and enhancing the user experience of our compliance systems. We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in compliance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret and apply complex policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the rollout of a new reporting module, including training and outreach.
- Develop and deliver training materials for compliance policies.
- Interpret federal funding guidelines and manage conflict of interest disclosures.
- Create process maps and training content to support various stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and compliance officers.
- Simplify and modernize existing compliance models for ease of use.
Qualifications:
- Experience in higher education compliance or a related field.
- Proficiency with tools like Quickbase, MS Office, and DocuSign.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working with academic and research teams.
