The Watch Estimate Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of estimates for watch repairs. The Watch Estimate Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of estimates for watch repairs. This role involves coordinating with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure estimates are prepared, communicated, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review repair requests from customers, ensuring all required information is gathered for an accurate estimate.
- Coordinate with watchmakers and technicians to obtain accurate repair estimates.
- Communicate repair estimates, options, and timeframes to customers clearly and professionally via Diaspark.
- Track and follow up on outstanding estimates to ensure timely approvals or declines.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding their estimates and repair inquiries.
- Ensure that customers are informed of any changes in repair costs or timelines as the repair progresses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries related to the estimate process.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years previous experience in the jewelry or watch industry, particularly in estimates or repairs, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with inventory or customer management software.
- Basic knowledge of watch components and repairs is a plus but not required.
