What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Drive sales growth through effective leadership and execution of regional go-to-market strategies
  2. Manage and grow the sales team, market structure, and partner strategy in the Great Lakes Region
  3. Develop and maintain executive relationships, key partnerships, and account management
  4. Design and execute strategies in collaboration with regional and global leaders
  5. Represent the employer at external conferences, media, and PR events

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience with large enterprise/named accounts
  2. 5+ years of direct sales management experience leading an enterprise field sales team
  3. Thorough understanding of IaaS, cloud technologies, computer networking, and/or security products
  4. Extensive experience managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles
  5. Strong leadership, presentation, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
  2. Experience selling to $1B+ companies in Financial Services, Retail, Industrial, Energy, or Media sectors
  3. Strong aptitude for learning technical concepts and terminology
  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
