- Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
- Active Missouri license or compact license at the time of submission
**Job Description:**
- Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations
- Design communication treatment plans that enhance understanding and expression for individuals
- Lead and guide the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services
- Ensure services comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as established facility policies
- Provide appropriate care and services to residents
