Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Azure Infrastructure Architect to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. In this exciting opportunity, the Azure Infrastructure Architect will provide expert leadership on complex Engineering projects, playing a key role in designing and developing a consolidated, conformed enterprise data warehouse and data lake. This position involves defining standards and best practices around Azure services, setting up performance logs, proactively monitoring and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing Azure Data Factory workflows.

In this role you will:

• Define standards and best practices for Azure services
• Set up performance logs on Azure services and proactively monitor and troubleshoot performance issues
• Collaborate with development, support, and strategy teams in road mapping sessions
• Make Azure services resilient and implement disaster recovery strategies
• Optimize Azure Data Factory workflows

The Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of experience with Azure; Total IT Experience: 12+ years
• Experience with scripting protocols, including PowerShell, Azure CLI's, and ARM templates
• Experience with all types of IT projects, including migrating on-prem infrastructure to Azure, with expertise in storage, network, and security considerations
