Are you ready to kickstart your career with an exciting opportunity? Adecco is actively recruiting enthusiastic associates for a Shipping and Receiving Associate Position at our Lyons, NY location. This is your chance to get your foot in the door with a temp-to-hire position that offers a competitive pay starting at $19 per hour!
What You'll Do: As a Shipping and Receiving Associate , you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Hand-picking orders with precision
• Building and stretch-wrapping pallets like a pro
• Packing and labeling merchandise for seamless shipment
• Transporting products throughout a bustling warehouse environment

Available Shifts: Join us on the first shift , working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm .
Key Responsibilities:

• Some assembly work that keeps you engaged
• Passivating stainless steel weldments for quality assurance
• Conducting thorough Quality Control checks using various measuring tools
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace by managing housekeeping duties
• Boxing and palletizing parts for shipment with care
• Receiving and verifying parts for accuracy
• Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes
• Making local deliveries (CDL not required, but a plus!)
• Communicating effectively with internal departments on shipping and receiving

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome-no previous warehouse experience is required!
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout your shift
• Familiarity with measuring tools and hand tools is a plus
• A valid Driver's License is required

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
