Duties and Responsibilities

Benefits:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Setup of user accounts and client PCs or Terminal.
- Provide support for Office 365 Exchange environment
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team member(s)
- Recommend procedure modification or improvements
- Some administration of cloud based servers and services.
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or two years' experience providing helpdesk support and Network administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory , GPO and basic Lan and TCP/IP skills
- Ability to manage user requests and tickets.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or similar customer support role
- Working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Must have desire to learn new skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
