We're looking for a Real Estate Attorney in the Real Estate industry located in Bethesda, Maryland, United States .

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the General Counsel and serves as lead counsel in negotiating documents for real estate acquisitions and financings in Bethesda, Maryland and across the country.
• Handles a diverse, interesting, and challenging workload across the real estate portfolio.
• Works closely with the staff as well as with outside counsel on a range of real estate transactions, focusing primarily on affordable properties.
