You will build supportive and personalized relationships with students, providing mentorship and guidance throughout their undergraduate journey to ensure their successful academic and professional development.Strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy, and a keen attention to detail are essential. You will engage daily with students, parents, faculty, visitors, and off-campus constituents, addressing students’ needs with compassion while meticulously managing their academic records. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive, inclusive environment and utilizing technological tools to enhance student retention and success, contributing to the recruitment and support of a diverse, high-quality student body.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesMicrosoft Windows: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
