Our client is an organization in the Fond du Lac County area looking for an HR Manager . Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, organized, and excellent project management skills. This company offers a collaborative team, company growth, and positive workplace culture. This position is onsite.
The salary for this position $90k - $110k.
The HR Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists and guides management on a broad range of HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team regarding recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Provides constructive support and timely performance evaluations, talent review, and development for the teams.
- Maintains compliance with all state and federal applicable laws.
- Assists in the organization of employee activities and community/public relations activities.
- Performs research and works on special projects as needed.
The HR Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to operate in a fair, unbiased, respectful, and confidential manner at all times.
