Construction Manager

Must Haves:

• Procore Experience
• HVAC/Cooling System Background and/or Electrical Background
• Strong reporting/scheduling experience
• Experience being superintendent of a construction site and dealing with contractors/sub-contractors
• 10+ years of experience overall as a construction manager or superintendent
• Over 5+ years of experience with working with data centers and/or mission critical experience (large/complex/infrastructure projects)
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction or similar field of practice
