Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry in Mount Clemens, MI

**Shift:** Night shifts, 12 hours, 3 days per week with a 36-hour guarantee
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 2+ years of experience required, with completion of at least one travel assignment
**License:** Michigan license verification is required
**Certifications:** BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) is preferred
**Must-Have:** Paragon EMR experience is highly preferred. Ready to start as soon as possible.
**Job Description:**
- Deliver quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
- Ensure functions align with hospital policies and professional regulatory guidelines.
- Direct, coordinate, and delegate activities to promote patient and family-centered care.
- Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients.
- Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs.
- Make appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs.
- Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
- Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.
**Additional Information:**
- Auto offers will be extended upon the screening of a fully qualified candidate, provided they do not have more than 3 days requested off.
- Contracts are likely to run through most of the year if the applicant is performing well and wishes to stay.
- The policy includes a strict attendance guideline: three absences or instances of tardiness (more than 20 minutes late) may result in immediate termination, barring circumstances such as communicable diseases or hospitalization with supporting evidence.
