Role Purpose:
  • Attendance of client conference calls or onsite meetings establishing and documenting complex technical requirements to support the Account Management team in their positioning of our technical services.

  • Provision of technical scoping information to internal resources to establish correct delivery methodology and associated timescales. This information will be primarily via written form, but will include face-to-face discussions, or over the telephone, as required.
  • Completing regional technical documentation and submitting project deliverables to the highest quality.
  • Provision of technical scoping information to external resources to establish correct delivery methodology and associated costs. This information will be primarily via written form, but will include face-to-face discussions, or over the telephone, as required.
  • Creation of Solution Design Documentation to ensure accurate transfer of solution and requirements to the Scheduling Team and delivering Verification Consultant.
  • Acting as an escalation point for technical assistance required by Verification Consultant delivering the Verification exercises.
  • In situations that require a hybrid agile approach, use good judgement and experience to develop and promote any process improvement initiatives that are suitable for planning and managing the effort to achieve service delivery within designated project constraints.
  • Ensuring and enforcing a regional focus on all initiatives with regular engagement to regional stakeholders.
  • Prepare for and conduct read-out calls with a customer following a technical delivery to walk through the deliverables and confirm that their objectives have been met.

  • Demonstrable understanding of complex, full life-cycle software development projects in Agile framework.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including external.
  • Well versed and competent in reporting, document generation and technical plans/designs.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to understand and recommend commercial propositions.
