The Department of Ophthalmology seeks a full-time glaucoma specialist to join our faculty. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience and interested applicants may be considered for directorship of the glaucoma service line. Applicants must be board certified/eligible and fellowship trained in glaucoma. Duties will include clinical care of patients as well as didactic and clinical training of residents and medical students. The successful candidate would be expected to play a pivotal role in the growth of the glaucoma service as they fulfill the academic and clinical missions of Augusta University. Coupled to these are excellent opportunities for clinical and translational research as well as administrative and leadership positions. COMPENSATION WILL BE HIGHLY COMPETITIVE.
