Senior Software Engineer

Role Summary:

As a Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our data processing pipelines and cloud infrastructures. Your role involves close collaboration with data scientists to deploy cutting-edge algorithms and facilitate their integration with external systems. Your technical skills and strategic thinking will play a pivotal role in enhancing the scalability and reliability of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain production data processing pipelines
• Ensure seamless integration of the company's algorithmic outputs with external systems
• Manage and optimize both production and R&D cloud environments
• Support data scientists in the development and deployment of algorithms

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of its use in data environments.
• Cloud Platforms: Experienced in managing services across major cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
• APIs and SQL: Proficiency in integrating REST APIs and managing SQL databases.
• Professional Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate in a team setting, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with processing data using PySpark
• Experience in developing B2B integrations
• Knowledge of using Airflow
• Proficiency with multiple cloud service providers
• Skills in using Numpy/Pandas for data manipulation
• Ability in data visualization
• Experience with Python application frameworks such as Streamlit or Dash
• Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Looker
