There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's.How you’ll make an impact:The Project Coordinator manages key IT and marketing projects, overseeing schedules, risks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery. They support VPs and senior leadership with contract management, project tracking, and presentations. By streamlining workflows and driving collaboration across departments, the Project Coordinator enhances communication and helps maintain alignment with business goals, all while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Overall project scope, schedule, and issue/risk management (50%)Maintaining and monitoring promotional cadence plans and project schedulesDevelop and maintain strong relationships through all stages of project scope, development, execution, and maintenanceEnsuring projects adhere to PMO frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each projectLead status and stakeholder meetings including distribution of follow-up and action items to the teamEnsuring project deadlines are metAssess and communicate project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicableUnderstanding and leading formal escalation and review processesCreating and reviewing of PMO related reportsAct as knowledge manager for the IT team, managing databases and/or portals designed to help facilitate communications and coordination of various activitiesProviding project management support to project managers and business leaders when requestedLeading efforts around workload tracking, workload consolidation, and other needs across the IT + Marketing Leadership team and PMO.Assist with various office functions that include, managing calendars, scheduling activities, and communicating with stakeholdersLiaison with other departments as requestedExecutive and Department Support (50%)Provide high-level support to VPs and senior leadership by managing key operational tasks such as contract management, application lists, and project tracking.Prepare, edit, and enhance presentations, including PowerPoint decks for executive meetings, all-hands meetings, and leadership updates.Coordinate and manage logistics for departmental events, team meetings, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.Lead or assist in special projects, handling cross-functional coordination, documentation, and process improvement efforts.Maintain a comprehensive overview of department needs, proactively supporting leadership in driving initiatives and ensuring smooth operations.We’d Love to hear from you if:Must have:Exemplary communication skills (written, presentation, meeting management, documentation.Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the companyStrong project delivery skills - accurate project planning, delivering to milestone dates, managing resources effectively, communicating status effectively, managing risks, and juggling multiple activities at once to accomplish goals.Able to work effectively and build relationships with employees at all levels.
