Job Title: Cardiac Catheterization Lab/Electrophysiology RN
Location : Augusta, GA 30901
Duration : 1+ Year or Full time (options for 26 weeks contract)
Start Date: August 2024
Shift Schedule: 7.30AM - 4.00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities :
Qualification :
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or in related field or a master's degree in Nursing or in related field is highly preferred
License : Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
Certifications : BLS, ACLS (Acute/Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) - Preferred)
Experience : Minimum 3 years prior experience in an intensive care setting to include Critical Care/Cath Lab experience.

Responsibilities :
- Cath Lab Unit Nurses will be accountable clinically for ensuring nursing care complies with accepted standards of care and clinical practice.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient care in the Cath Lab Unit setting where life-threatening disease or injury requires close monitoring and at times, quick intervention.
- Coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the Cath Lab (adult and geriatric).
- Insertion of peripheral lines, Collection of blood samples by venipuncture, central lines and swan Ganz catheters.
- Drawing of arterial blood from existing lines, Hemodynamic Monitoring
Qualification :
