Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working directly with clients to establish, develop, grow and maintain relationships
- Speaking with managers and business owners to gather relevant information on job opportunities and discuss potential candidates
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the labor force and local job market
- Source, screen and interview candidates for open positions
- Managing a book of business
- Responsible for qualifying orders, ensuring client''s expectations are reasonable
- Proactively anticipate clients' needs and then create a delivery strategy to exceed expectations
- Schedule and participate in onsite tours and meetings with clients
Qualifications:
- Business Savvy : Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
- Worldly: Previous experience in recruiting, business development or consultative sales

What success looks like:
- 2-3 interviews completed and onboarded daily
- Placing people into positions appropriate to their skills and abilities
- 2 reference checks completed for each associate out working
- Client and Prospect activity metrics
- Daily and weekly QC checks completed for all working associates
- Various admin tasks required to complete associate and client files
- Onboarding of all new assigned clients
