Position Overview:
The HCMS Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for ensuring a solid technical foundation and design to support CA's current HCMS and Workday processes with a strong eye on future enhancements. This role will be designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday integrations, custom solutions, as well as planning and executing on future needs for efficiencies and process re-engineering. Reporting to and working closely with the Associate Director of HCMS, you will plan and execute initiatives to maximize the efficiencies our Workday platform can deliver. This is a technical position requiring a skill set which includes experience with calculated fields, complex reports, EIB loads, inbound/outbound EIB integrations, core connector integrations, technical process improvement, and strong project skills to drive results. You will work closely with other departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Evaluate current integrations and propose optimal solutions based on business needs and system capabilities.
• Maintain and execute current integrations with strong attention to accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, optimizing performance to ensure efficient data transfer.
• Design custom reports through Workday tools.
• Design, test, and deploy integrations.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure integrations are scalable and maintainable.
• Stay informed about Workday integration tools and technologies to recommend improvements.
• Develop and execute test plans, perform testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document integration designs and technical specifications.
Qualifications:
• 4 years of Workday integration experience.
• Preferred knowledge of core HR modules including Benefits, Performance Management, and Advanced Compensation.
• Workday Integration Certification preferred.
