- Issue Resolution:
- Identify and troubleshoot issues raised by customers, ensuring resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Data and Record Management:
- Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, and logistics) to provide seamless customer support.
- Share customer feedback with the team to enhance service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and other customer support tools.
