Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
    • Handle complaints and provide solutions in a calm and empathetic manner.
  2. Issue Resolution:
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues raised by customers, ensuring resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  3. Data and Record Management:
    • Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
    • Monitor common customer concerns and work with the team to improve customer experience.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, and logistics) to provide seamless customer support.
    • Share customer feedback with the team to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience.
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and other customer support tools.
