Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our expanding studio in Corpus Christi, TX . This role is ideal for a professional who desires to be a part of our "why"- to inspire people to create meaningful human experiences .

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate w/SPA w/development of designs through contract documents.
• Collaborate with internal + external teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Responsible for project documents' alignment w/ firm standards and policies, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple educational facility projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Licensure : Only licensed architects are eligible to apply.
• Education : A professional degree in architecture or a closely related field is required.
• Experience : A minimum of 10+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in project management.
• Leadership : Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration across all project phases.
