We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Business Services Consultant with experience in the HR, Accounting, and Finance sectors. The ideal candidate should have a vast network of leaders in those fields, particularly in the Chicago Area . You'll be responsible for driving business growth through tailored workforce and ERP solutions, working closely with decision-makers to deliver solutions that elevate their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting HR, Accounting, and Finance sectors with a focus on workforce and ERP services.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with leaders in your Chicago-based network.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close new business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in workforce or ERP solutions.
- Strong network of HR, Accounting, and Finance professionals in the Chicago area is essential.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this job is $300,000+ . The compensation structure is base + commission + bonus incentives , and includes a base salary between $80,000 and $120,000 , dependent on candidate's experience.
