Position Overview:
The Clinical Director of Operations will oversee the clinical operations of our organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This role will involve strategic planning, staff management, compliance oversight, and the implementation of best practices to optimize patient care, operational workflows while adapting to company growth!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction for all clinical operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance clinical services and improve patient outcomes.
Monitor and manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data analysis to drive performance enhancements.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and practices.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and professional development programs to build a high-performing clinical team.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of clinical operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, with 5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and clinical best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive operational excellence.
What We Offer:
$70,000 to $100,000 base annual salary
