Profile

A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner with a portable book of business. The ideal candidate should be admitted to the California Bar or be eligible for admission, with additional membership in the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar considered a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Bring and manage a substantial portable book of business in commercial litigation.
  • Lead and oversee complex commercial litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and direction to clients.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys within the commercial litigation practice.
  • Actively engage in business development activities to expand the firm's clientele.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with other partners and practice groups.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and trends in commercial litigation.

Requirements:

  • Portable book of business in commercial litigation.
  • Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • Additional admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • Additional Bar admissions in Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada (preferred).

Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation.
  • Proven ability to generate and manage a substantial book of business.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
