Civitas Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Senior Living Sales and Occupancy Consultant to join our team. Based in Flagstaff, AZ, we offer an exciting role at the intersection of data-driven decision-making and empathetic senior care.

Your Role in Our Mission You'll be a cornerstone in our Leadership Team, responsible for driving census development in senior living communities within your strategic portfolio. You'll act as the go-to partner for both our C-Suite and location leadership teams, providing hands-on Sales Enablement and Revenue Growth tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage Data Analytics to monitor the efficacy of community sales strategies, pivoting to ensure ROI maximization.
  2. Onboard and Mentor new Community Relations Directors, amplifying their skills in Sales Execution and Customer Journey Mapping.
  3. Deliver Forecasting Insights to operations using a Data-Driven Approach.
  4. Lead the development and roll-out of Quarterly Marketing and Sales Playbooks.
  5. Oversee Content Marketing and Digital Outreach efforts across communities.
  6. Plan and execute high-impact internal events, like Open Houses, with flawless Event Management skills.
  7. 2+ years in a Regional Healthcare Sales & Marketing position.
  8. Proficient with CRM systems, Enquire CRM is a plus.
  9. Proven experience in Sales Funnel Optimization and Census Growth.
  10. Agile Project Management skills with a knack for driving Strategic Initiatives.
  11. Must be committed to Mentoring Sales Leaders and fostering an Inclusive Sales Culture.
  12. Exceptional Customer-Centricity is non-negotiable.
