HIRING NOW - CALL CENTER - HYBRID POSITION

Location: Hybrid in Grandview Heights, OH.

***Onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

***WFH on Monday and Friday.

Shift: Requires open availability Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 11:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

***Training will be from 9:00am - 5:30pm EST

What you will be doing:

  • Handle incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, members, and partners on various topics,

  • Analyze issues to determine appropriate solutions, striving for first-contact resolution.

  • Educate customers on product features, tax implications, penalties, surrender charges, death benefits, lifetime income, and other plan-related benefits.

  • Provide consultative insights by identifying and addressing unstated needs.

  • Stay updated on product changes and enhancements through daily communications.

  • Document interactions to support customer relationships and deepen engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations, state and local laws, plan documents, and company policies.

The right candidate will have:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Experience in financial services, insurance or a related field is highly preferred.

  • Ability to comply with FINRA rules and regulations

  • Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving, and communication (oral and written) skills required.

  • strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on first-contact resolution
