We are seeking a Sales Director with programmatic experience to join our Sales team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starting sales hunter who possesses a solid understanding of digital media and ad tech and is eager to leverage their skills to build a book of business that drives incremental revenue. Within this role, you must be comfortable selling to brands and mid-tier agencies, developing relationships internally and externally and have a proven track record negotiating high profile deals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Understand AUDIENCEX's competitive differentiators in a dynamic digital advertising landscape
  • Drive significant revenue growth by creating and executing go to market strategies for agency and brand partners (monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas)
  • Identify and close strategic up-sell opportunities by understanding clients’ business needs
  • Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with media specialists and senior leadership at agencies and brands
  • Update CRM throughout sales cycle
  • Drive incremental revenue from new client expansion while protecting against churn and market swings
  • Communicate regularly with programmatic trading and account management teams on campaign performance and growth opportunities
  • Leverage solution-oriented communication with external partners and internal stakeholders to influence positive outcomes
  • Increase awareness of AUDIENCEX’s capabilities as a thought leader in the marketplace
  • Stay current on new programmatic technologies

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably programmatic display, video, CTV and/or DOOH
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience using a CRM (ex. Booster, Sugar, Dynamics, Salesforce, Insightly, etc.)
  • Demonstrated history of sales success (i.e. hitting or exceeding sales goals)
