Job Summary:

THE TEAM

The Marketplace Product team at Ticketmaster is responsible for the online and mobile face of the business and the technology behind it - which enables fans to discover, buy and access the music, sports, arts and theatre tickets they just can’t miss out on.

THE JOB

As a Product Manager in our Purchase team, you’ll be responsible for developing features to support new revenue streams and optimizing Ticketmaster’s existing fan experience. You will work alongside the Sr. Director of Product and the rest of the team to drive the launch, rollout, and development of our modern fan platform.

Our product team manages the finding and selection of tickets for live events – how we make fans aware of which tickets are available for sale, what those tickets include, what they cost and more – in a highly performant, error-free environment.

As the landscape of the industry evolves, Ticketmaster is looking to identify new and innovative revenue streams that continue to make Ticketmaster the leading choice for our fans and clients. Some of the areas we are looking to innovate include how our fans upgrade and exchange tickets, expanding our ticket selection experience for major sporting tournaments, and continuing to build out our third-party ticketing offering.

But it doesn’t stop there. It’s imperative that we look for opportunities to continue to optimize the existing fan experience. This means that we need someone who is comfortable with data, has experience with AB testing, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.

  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of features in production, reflecting on successes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
