Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Non-IT Program Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to sustainability initiatives by managing communications and readiness for the suppliers' greenhouse gas emissions program. You'll be involved in creating and facilitating webinars, drafting communications, and maintaining external sites for the program, all aimed at reducing environmental impact.

In this role you will:

• Develop effective communication strategies to keep internal and external stakeholders informed about program updates and requirements.
• Host and facilitate webinars using Microsoft Teams, engaging sustainability team presenters and suppliers.
• Write clear notifications for stakeholders, summarizing webinars, sharing best practices, and providing updates.
• Maintain communication assets to ensure they reflect the latest information for the sustainability program.

The Ideal Candidate

Required Skills:

• 5 years experience with Proactive.
• 5 years experience with Participation.
• 5 years experience with Teams/Microsoft tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Loop, Sway, Teams, and other Microsoft tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
