Housing Compliance Specialist

As Compliance Specialist, you’ll take ownership of resident/tenant file certifications at Bell. You’ll be the backbone of our affordable housing compliance, ensuring everything from file reviews to lease-ups meets the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in supporting our Property Management Teams and providing top-notch internal consulting services.

Responsibilities:

• Directly related experience in property management of LIHTC, CTCAC, HUD and Section 8 properties.
• Familiarity with YARDI Voyager, WBARS, or equivalent systems.
• Experience practicing compliance with a strong knowledge of the following:

1. Section 8
2. CTCAC
3. LIHTC
4. Fair Housing
5. Bond Program
6. HOME & Section 8
7. HUD 4350.3 handbook and IRS section 42 compliance
