Quality Engineer

Amotec is actively seeking a Quality Engineer for our client, an industry leading $5B +manufacturing organization. In this role, the Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, ensuring all quality standards are followed, and maintenance and improvement of all quality systems. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder to be considered for this role.

Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

• Work on a cross functional engineering team to ensure quality standards
• Perform regular audits on IS9001 requirements
• Collect data as it pertains to product quality, relay all findings to team members and senior management
• Work directly with customers on all quality related functions
• Analyze all non conforming parts, work with customers and internal teams on fixing any quality related issues

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• B.S., Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Sc.
• Knowledge of Quality based computer systems
