Job Description:
The right individual is a healthcare enthusiast, keen on using AI to tackle significant challenges in the industry. You will be one of the first engineers to join the client team and will close with the co-founders. You will be responsible for building out the core components of the product, growing and building out the engineering team and taking the product to the next level.

Must-have Skills:
- 4+ years experience in full-stack software development.
- A history of building high-quality, well-tested products.
- DevOps experience and expertise.
- Experience working on AI/ML applications is a big plus.
Credentials:
- BS/MS/PhD in CS or a related field.
- 4+ years industry experience developing widely used products.
- 2+ years experience working on comprehensive full-stack solutions.
- Experience leading engineering teams is a big plus.
Core Responsibilities:
- Enhancing existing systems and building new ones from scratch by yourself and/or by leading other engineers.
- Creating new APIs (along with proper documentation) from scratch.
- Cultivating a culture of engineering excellence.
- Recruitment of top-tier talent.
- Identifying optimum third-party tools and services for build-outs, serving as a tech spokesperson during talks with partners.
- Leading and stimulating a high-performing engineering team.
