Position Overview:
In this role, you'll be a key player in our estate planning department, using your skills to:
- Qualify and Persuade: Assess potential clients to ensure they are a good fit for our firm, and skillfully persuade them to choose us for their estate planning needs.
- Demonstrate Value: Showcase how our firm can effectively prepare the essential legal documents that will have a profound impact on our clients' lives and their descendants.
- Embodiment of Care: Reflect the compassion and empathy that our firm is renowned for, while clearly communicating the benefits of our services.
- Close Deals: Your primary focus will be to follow up with leads and close deals, making you a pivotal link in our client-focused legal team.
You'll be supported by a dedicated marketing team that generates leads and appointments weekly, and a production team known for its five-star reviews. This is a remote position, but you'll still represent our firm with the utmost professionalism.

Compensation: $100,000 including bonuses + incentives + health insurance stipend + retirement benefits!
Responsibilities:
- Closing: Drive client decisions and close deals effectively, using a consultative sales approach.
- Client Engagement: Manage your schedule to meet new clients, follow up with declines, and conduct quality control calls.
- Documentation & CRM: Maintain accurate records and update client interactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and production teams to enhance client experience and support firm goals.
- Feedback Integration: Provide feedback to marketing and production teams based on client interactions and industry trends.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the firm’s criteria.
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct consultations as necessary to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales goals.
- Success using a consultative sales approach.
- Proficient with CRMs like Clio, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., focusing on reporting.
- Familiarity with the legal industry is a plus.
- Empathy and understanding from real-life experiences are valued.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently remotely.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Adaptable to changing client needs and firm objectives.
