THE OPPORTUNITY

The Full-Stack Engineer will contribute to the architecture and implementation of business-facing systems - all the way from how potential customers learn about our products and services to how they purchase and get access to our products.


They will work collaboratively with our Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Development teams to streamline how users purchase and manage licenses and subscriptions, and how we support our customers.


Responsibilities

  1. Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Development teams to design process, workflow, and systems
  2. Work in AWS and/or GCP to architect systems and workflows to sync data across our business systems
  3. Develop and maintain an e-commerce platform and connections to downstream systems Salesforce and MS Business Central
  4. Develop and implement internal tools (frontend, backend) to support order operations and internal business systems and processes

Requirements

  1. Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for our mission and values
  2. 3+ years of working with backend + frontend frameworks using JS/TS, React, Express, NextJS
  3. 2+ years of experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce)
  4. Experience with headless commerce, CRM, and ERP systems is a plus
  5. Prior experience with deploying frontends and backends to AWS is a plus
  6. Able to quickly pick up and work with new tools, technologies, and languages.
