HSAGP(Hyundai-SK America Green power) Energy LLC. is Hyundai Motor Group and SK on' s joint venture company to produce batteries for EVs. The joint venture plans to invest $5 billion to build an EV battery cell plant in Bartow County, Georgia. Hyundai Motor Group and SK On will each hold a 50 percent stake in the joint venture. The new plant created by the two companies is expected to start manufacturing battery cells in the first half of 2026 with an annual production capacity of 35 GWh, enough to support the production of 300,000 EVs a year. The future Bartow County plant in northwest Georgia is strategically located near Hyundai Motor Group’s existing and planned U.S. facilities. Hyundai Motor Group broke ground last year on the new Hyundai Motor Group Meta plant America in southeast Georgia to make future Hyundai, Genesis and Kia EVs. Summary

Recruiter Specialists is responsible for coordinating the hiring process end-to-end. This position is for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization. This position will also need to attract top talent, manage candidate relationships, and select qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the position and the organizational culture


Job Duties and Responsibilities

Establishing Recruitment

  • Plan, Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Collaborate with HR manager to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Search and source candidates and track hiring metrics including time-to hire, time-to-fill
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hire through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job opening
  • Work with hiring agencies and monitor their performance and cost
  • Full process of hiring operations
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles
  • Other task as necessary to meet the organization’s objectives

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years or more of experience in Talent acquisition, Headhunting, Hiring, Staffing
  • Expertise to search talented people with own mechanism
  • Working level of English (verbal, written, etc.)
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office
