Job Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
- Hands-on experience in implementing/customizing Salesforce Live Agent.
- Experience with design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schema.
- Experience in implementation and integration of SFDC Applications on Sales, Service & Custom cloud.
- Ability to communicate with other resources and clients regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions.
Desirable Technical Skills:
- In-depth understanding of developing applications on the Force.com platform.
- In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and building integration with Salesforce.
- Experience with Agile development processes, continuous integration, and deployments.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Good planning, organization, and work management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Functional Skills:
Functional experience around the retail industry.
