DescriptionThe Business Development Associate's responsibility is to build market position and facilitate the future growth of the dealership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Offer effective solutions to meet the customer's need by introducing the new and current customer base to the array of services provided within the dealership and the entire JXE network. Work with the dealership staff to develop strategic plans to target accounts. Work with the dealership staff to review fall off customers and determine a strategic plan to reestablish the relationship Research and propose alternate opportunities to grow sales in the dealership AOR Negotiate new ventures for the dealership, reviewing the potential and the risks to ensure the operation performs at their most profitable level With key members on the dealership staff, meet with customers face-to-face to establish a relationship and understand their long term goals in doing business with dealership. Develop relationships of value and trust with customers and coworkers Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Marketing or 3 years in a sales, business development or marketing role. Experience in the heavy equipment industry preferred Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing required. Knowledge of transportation/truck industry preferred Intermediate computer skills required. Ability to communicate strategically and creatively required Valid Driver's License required Flexible with the ability to work with a variety of customers and their needs Experience using CRM systems for account development and management JX Enterprises, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
